The owner of the website “BAJARSSKA” SIA and the website developer “ADVANCED LEARNING & COMMUNICATIONS” SIA take care of the personal data of the visitors of the website in accordance with the EU GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy. By using this website, the visitors automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy and the processing of their personal data.
1. The purpose of storing “cookies”

2. The purpose of storing the contact form application data
All data sent through the website contact form is stored for providing high-quality feedback to visitors of the website, for the execution of a potential or concluded agreement and communication for the performance of the agreement, as well as for the purpose of informing and advertising the visitors.
3. Terms of personal data storage
In order to maintain high-quality communication with the website visitors, personal data shall be stored within 1 (one) calendar year from the receipt of personal data. If no written application was received from the website visitors about the need to erase their personal data, data storage shall be extended for another 1 (one) calendar year after the expiration of the data storage period.
4. Providing answers on data, data managing and deleting
Visitors of the website may request information about their personal data stored on “BAJARSSKA” SIA servers within 20 (twenty) business days, ask about the time and nature of the receipt of personal data, the reasons for the storage, changes in the data, and ask to delete the data, if the request is not in conflict with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
If personal data that are not sensitive – email, phone, name or surname – were processed for advertising purposes (for example, to organize an advertising campaign) and the data on the website were disclosed to a third party, the data will be immediately deleted upon request.

5. Data deletion refusal
Personal data may not be erased if a co-operation agreement was concluded between “BAJARSSKA” SIA and a website visitor or data is necessary to fulfil other requirements provided by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia (for example, requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Latvia for accounting of an enterprise).
6. Data safety, storage and transmission technologies
The website developer “ADVANCED LEARNING & COMMUNICATIONS” SIA is responsible for the safety of personal data stored on the website. The person in charge for the personal data that is stored on servers that are not related to the website (company’s internal servers) is “BAJARSSKA” SIA (Data Manager).
All personal data is subject to the Internal Rules for Safe Storage and Secure Data Transmission: access to the server is protected by reliable passwords that are known to the Handler and Data Manager; we use modern technologies to protect data (including the “Firewall”).
In some cases, HTTPS secure connection protocol, as well as data anonymous data encryption on the server, can be used for secured data transmission.
7. Giving personal data to third parties
Personal data shall not be not transferred to third parties, except for cases when it is necessary for the implementation of the concluded agreement or under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
